About me
Clemente PesceArt Director & Design Lead
Born in Italy, I have lived and worked in Berlin for more than ten years. It is my home, a constant source of inspiration and, for the past two years, the city where I also became a German citizen. As an Art Director, I combine strategic planning, UX/UI expertise and AI-assisted workflows. I lead interdisciplinary teams and translate complex requirements into thoughtful visual systems and digital products.
Away from the screen, I am an active person too: water polo has been part of my life for as long as I can remember, I go bouldering regularly and find balance in music, which I enjoy listening to just as much as producing myself. I value quiet moments just as much, preferably relaxing at home or hiking in the mountains.
Whether underwater, on a mountain or in a design sprint: I stay calm, even when deadlines are tight :) Let’s connect!
